The Colombian Caravana is a UK based charity that works to promote access to justice and uphold the rule of law in Colombia. It works together with Colombian human rights lawyers and human rights defenders to ensure respect for human rights.
The International Committee of WHLS supports the Caravana and members of our International Committee actively support it.
2026 marks the Carvana’s 18th anniversary and the 9th International Caravana of Jurists’ visit to Colombia.
21st to 31st August 2026, this international convoy of lawyers which will include organisations and lawyers from Europe, Canada, and South America, are set to visit important regions in order to shed light on the pressing human rights issues and offer a platform for dialogue, advocacy, and action.
